Enhanced Plan:

Take your neurological care to the next level. The Enhanced plan builds on Essential with two follow up visits, priority scheduling guaranteeing access within 72 hours, full prescription management, and all forms included — all over a 6 month membership with a specialist who is invested in your long-term brain health.

Premier Concierge Plan

Our most comprehensive concierge plan — designed for patients who want a true partner in their neurological health. Unlimited visits, evening and weekend appointments, direct after-hours access to Dr. Stanazai, regular check-ins, and complete care coordination with your other providers. This is concierge neurology at its fullest.

Plans & Insurance FAQ

Do you take insurance?

We are a concierge direct specialty care practice and do not bill insurance for membership or consultation fees. However, your insurance can still be used for labs, imaging, and specialist referrals we coordinate on your behalf.

Many patients find that our membership costs less annually than their specialist copays — with dramatically better access, longer visits, and a physician who is available when you need them.

Our plans are also HSA and FSA eligible, meaning you can use pre-tax dollars to cover your membership.

What is the difference between your membership plans?

We offer three membership tiers — Essential, Enhanced, and Premier — each designed for different levels of care and access. We also offer a one-time consultation for patients not ready to commit to a membership. Visit our pricing page for a full comparison.
