Appointments & Scheduling

Our office is open from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

No, we are closed on all public holidays.

We aim for a 72-hour turnaround for all priority scheduling requests. Priority scheduling is included in the Enhanced and Premier plans.

Yes. We offer virtual appointments for patients across Virginia and North Carolina.

Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. Premier plan members enjoy waived cancellation fees as part of their membership.

Essential and Enhanced plan members will incur a $50 cancellation fee for appointments cancelled within 48 hours. Premier plan members are exempt from cancellation fees. Please contact us as soon as possible if your situation requires flexibility.

Plans & Pricing

We offer three membership tiers — Essential, Enhanced, and Premier — each designed for different levels of care and access. We also offer a one-time consultation for patients not ready to commit to a membership. Visit our pricing page for a full comparison.

We are a direct specialty care practice and do not bill insurance for membership or consultation fees. However, your insurance can still be used for labs, imaging, and specialist referrals coordinated on your behalf. All our plans are also HSA and FSA eligible.

Yes — all our membership plans and consultations are HSA and FSA eligible, allowing you to use pre-tax dollars toward your neurological care.

At the end of your membership contract, you have the option to renew, upgrade to a higher tier, or transition to a one-time consultation basis. We will reach out before your contract ends to discuss your options.

Communication & Access

We aim to respond to all patient communications within 3 hours during office hours. Premier plan members have direct after-hours access to Dr. Stanazai via phone, text, and email.

For non-urgent matters please use the patient portal or wait until the next business day. Premier plan members may reach Dr. Stanazai directly after hours for non-emergency neurological concerns.

For any medical emergency please dial 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

For urgent medical issues outside of normal office hours please dial emergency services immediately. Premier plan members also have direct after-hours access to Dr. Stanazai for non-emergency neurological concerns.

Patient Portal

Yes. You can access your medical records at any time through our secure patient portal.

You can log in to the patient portal for secure communication with our office, access to your medical records, and appointment scheduling.

No. The patient portal is available to all patients at no extra charge.
